Whenever Philip Chippeva of Michigan sees Powerball jackpots rise, he usually decides to take a chance.
He's been lucky lately, according to reports. Chippeva – a 54-year-old father of seven who has 21 grandchildren – won the biggest prize of $ 80 million in the September 21 drawing of the multi-player lottery.
"I buy a few tickets and hope for the best," he said, explaining his winning strategy, according to FOX 66 in Flint.
