Halo Infinite will appear with the hardware.
It is reported by the French Jeux Video site (via Google Translator), it is believed that the next-generation Scarlet family of Xbox hardware will be unveiled on E3 201
In addition to this, Halo Infinite, announced on the E3 2018, will come along with these new consoles, but will also be available on Xbox One. Finally, Ninja Theory, one of Microsoft's newly acquired studios, will release a new game in the early 2020s, which is likely to be for Xbox One and not for Scarlet consoles.
Thurott has published a similar report claiming that the Scarlet consoles will be unveiled at the E3 2019 and claim to launch in the fall of 2020 alongside the Halo Infinite, which allegedly has more RPG elements than the previous Halo. Thurott claims Microsoft will probably not discuss the pricing of the E3 2019, and that the company is starting to block what it will announce during its main note.
However, if that turns out to be true, it will fall in line with what Xbox head Phil Spencer said last month, saying Microsoft would be "as big in E3 as we are"
