The latest update to Minecraft makes several changes in the old decade phenomenon, no one is more noticeable than the fact that the game's initial screens have removed all references to Minecraft's creator "Notch – Purson.
Earlier, the screens of the game – the yellow text you see when Minecraft boots, will show random messages, and some of them refer to Persson with things like "Made by Notch!" "The work of Notch!". From the photo of 19w13a, published earlier today, they are all gone.
We have received an official comment on why Persson's name is now missing on the screens. As a possible background, however, Minecraft is a game that is played by millions of children around the world and is now owned by Microsoft. Meanwhile, Notch has become a conspiracy theorist whose increasingly confused Twitter behavior has led to a situation best described as: that while his name was removed from the initial screens, Persson is still registered as the creator of the game in Minecraft credits.
