He combines Chandra's X-rays with green and blue with radio data , observed in red by the MeerKAT telescope in South Africa
NASA released a composite image of a massive star Cygnus OB2 that combines Chandra's observations with data from two other telescopes. This bright, wild view shows how this star sends high-energy winds. "These strong winds can collide or cause shocks in the gas and dust around the stars to deposit large amounts of X-ray energy that Chandra can detect," NASA said.
For 20 years, Chandra has taken 2700 trips around the Earth and has gone more than 1.5 billion miles (2.4 billion kilometers).
You can check the close-up of all anniversaries on Chandra's website and lose yourself in the wonders of the universe. The Space Telescope has earned its place as one of NASA's "Great Observatories".
