Netflix switches to e-commerce with the launch of an online store

Netflix on Thursday announced the launch of its e-commerce foray with Netflix.shop, an online store that will sell exclusive limited edition products inspired by Netflix shows and created in partnership with emerging artists.

The store will bring clothes, toys and games. In June, the new online store will release clothes and action figures based on the anime series “Yasuke” and “Eden”. Items made in collaboration with the Louvre Museum and inspired by the original Netflix series “Lupine” will also be dropped this month.

The store will initially be available in the United States only, before expanding to other countries.
