3 XL collectors now have a standard SIM card slot and eSIM. While you can have two numbers for the device, you can talk, write, or use data in one line only, and the other one is inactive. In other words, only one SIM card can be activated.
With the possibility of this new update, Pixel 4 will be able to have two active SIM cards. However, if one of them is used for call or text, the other line will not be able to accept calls or text for the moment. This is similar to the way they work

The presence of a dual SIM card is useful for those who travel frequently or have more than one number (for example, personal and business numbers). If this rumor is heard – and keep in mind that this is just a rumor at this moment; Google did not respond immediately to a comment request – updated SIM capabilities will provide even greater flexibility to Pixel users.
