The camera is probably the most important design change: Pixel phones are constantly presenting the highest rated smartphone cameras, thanks in large part to Google's AI software. Despite virtually all other high-end smartphones sporting two, three, and in some cases, four rear cameras, Google had its previous Pixels glued to one.
However, it is rumored that the Pixel 4 has a second camera ̵
The new Pixel is expected to have 6GB RAM, up from 4GB in Pixel 3. Customers complain about the lack of RAM in earlier Pixel phones leading to lower phone speeds, and that the phone must automatically leave the programs in the background.
Early reviews in the Pixel 4 software suggest that the phone will not have a fingerprint reader on the screen, which makes face unlock the only way to access a phone other than a password.
The other big, new feature is expected to be hands-free gestures to control the phone, Most likely they will be powered by the phone's motion sensors, which Google described in a blog post in July. The additional sensors appear to create a very thick (by 2019 standards) top panel, even when most high-end smartphones have end-to-end screens.
The Pixel 4 is expected to come in black, white and coral.
