Pokémon GO Incense Day Guide – Which electric and dragon Pokemon appear when?

pokemon-go-5

Pokémon GO is about to end its Hoenn celebration event before moving on to the Johto celebration event next week. This is not the only Pokémon Go-related event to take place this weekend, as Niantic is hosting another of what they call Incense Day. They are not focused on just one Pokemon, although this one is definitely built around a certain one. This Pokemon this time is Mareep to coincide with the launch of Mega Ampharos in the attacks last week and brought this incense day to focus on both electric and dragon Pokemon.

Which electric and dragon Pokemon appear when?

Pokémon GO Electric and Dragon Incense Day will be held on Sunday, January 24 from 11:00 to 17:00 local time. Unlike saying Community Day, where the same Pokémon will spawn all day, Incense Day is set up more as we saw with GO Fest this summer by switching to Pokémon every few hours. Also, unlike Community Day, you have to use Incense to make these Pokemon appear, because only on walks this one will not appear.

For starters, Mareep will be available throughout the day due to the introduction of Mega Ampharos. Not only that, but the previous exclusive Dragon Pulse move for Community Day will be available if you develop the next form of Mareep Flaffy in Ampharos during this period. In addition to Mareep, there will be 13 more Pokémon that will appear when you use Incense, but depending on the breakdown of the next hour.

As you can tell, there are fewer hours for Dragon type Pokémon, so this is something you need to make sure you don’t miss out. For those trying to complete the Hoenn Collection challenge, this will certainly be the best way to get Plusle, Minun and Bagon. In addition, every Pokémon except Stunfisk and Vibrava currently has a brilliant shape in Pokémon GO, so stay tuned for them. During Incense Day, the store will also have a box for 1 coin, which contains three incense, which you definitely want to take advantage of during this event.
