A professional MMA fighter known as "Spider-Man" and his girlfriend are accused of indicting capital murder in Texas in the murders of an athlete's ex-girlfriend and her friend. Garza said the decision whether prosecutors would be pursuing the death penalty would be announced after a review of the case. Marks has denied the murder of Scott and Swearingin. He was detained in Belle County Prison at $ 1.77 million on bail, according to court documents. Maxwell was on bail of $ 500,000.
