Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers heads back to the Danger Stage in April.
Rodgers, after revealing that he will be a guest host on last month’s popular curiosity show, will receive 10 episodes starting April 5, according to the Milutukee Journal Sentinel.
Rodgers will follow Dr. Oz as a guest on the show – something “Danger!” Has been doing since longtime favorite presenter Alex Trebek died in November. Anderson Cooper of CNN and Dr. Sanjay Gupta, Savannah Guthrie of NBC News, journalist Katie Kurik, 60 Minutes correspondent Bill Whitaker, actress Mayim Bialik, “Danger!”
Rodgers unveiled his hosting concert on the Pat McAfee Show last month. “
“One of my idols who grew up was Alex Trebek. The opportunity to participate in “Danger” years ago … They make some guest hosting sites and will be released here soon, but I have the opportunity to be one of them.
“I’m excited about this opportunity.”
Aaron Rodgers won “Celebrity Endangered!” In 2015
Rodgers is actually perfect for the show – given that he himself is a former champion.
Rodgers earned $ 50,000 for charity while appearing on the show’s celebrity edition in 2015, defeating Kevin O’Leary of Shark Tank and astronaut Mark Kelly. He is also a big fan of Trebeck and had great things about him only after his death in November.
“It’s safe to say I’ve been a star,” Rodgers said in November at a meeting with Trebeck on the show. “I just told one of our coaches while we were talking about it. It has happened several times in my life when I have been struck by someone and I understand perhaps how it feels to a lesser extent when someone meets me, and I think that gives me a good perspective with these interactions.
“I was so excited trying to keep it together and act like it wasn’t the big deal inside me.”
Shailene Woodley confirms the engagement
Finally, the news was confirmed directly at the source.
Actress Shailene Woodley, speaking on the “Jimmy Fallon Show tonight” on Monday night, confirmed that she is actually engaged to Rodgers.
“Yes, we’re engaged,” Woodley said. “But it’s not new news for us, you know? So it’s kind of funny. Everyone’s going crazy right now and we’re saying, ‘Yeah, we’ve been engaged for a while.’ “
Rodgers came out of nowhere during his MVP speech and said he was engaged, though he did not say to whom. Then rumors quickly spread that the actress of “Big Little Lies” was his fiancée.
Although he married one of the best defenders in the league, Woodley actually knew very little about the game.
“We met during this crazy, crazy weather and all the stadiums he played in were closed, so I haven’t gone to a football game yet,” she said. “Before I met him, I had never seen a football game before. I didn’t really grow up with sports, especially American sports. It was never on my radar.
“When we met, I also knew he was a footballer, but I didn’t know what kind of footballer he was. And I’m still constantly learning … I don’t know him as a footballer. I know him as the fool who wants to host Danger! That’s the guy I know. “
