The 18-year-old dog, recently adopted by Luc Bryan and his family, has died. Brian Caroline's wife shared the sad news at Instagram on Wednesday (February 20th).
"If the best souls were rewarded with the longest life, the dogs will outlast us all," writes Caroline Brian, sharing a photomontage on his last days at the Bryans home. "My heart is sad, but complete to publish this … our sweet prince, Poochi, died …"
The bracians accepted Bears from the Animal Rescue Zones in the area of Nashville a few weeks ago. According to the rescue organization, Pucci was abandoned after a former member of his family became allergic to dogs. Animal control led him to Proverbs 1
However, after Brian and his family saw Watch in Social Media Photos, they applied to adopt it on February 9 and formally made it part of their family soon after.
"My children especially loved to hear it snoring when they slept!" Caroline Bryan adds to her social media posting, proving that the senior student has found a place in their hearts, even though he was only with them for a short time. "Thank you @ proverbs1210animalrescue to give our family the opportunity to love this cute dog … Poochie loved everyone."
Caroline Bryan founded Brett's Barn, which provides animal therapy to children in 2017, after the death of the niece Sadi Brett Boyer, who was only seven months old. The barbecue is the Bryans family and includes, among other animals, alpaca and kangaroo.
Of course, Brian's big hearts go beyond animals: Luke Brian and his wife took their nephew Till in 2014 after his father died unexpectedly (Till's mother is Brian's sister, Kelly, who dies in 2007). They are also parents of two of their sons, Bo and Tate, and are close to the two older sisters of Til.
