According to a Times Now report, the Bombay Supreme Court is hearing applications for bail in two days, Monday and Thursday. As the Session Court’s order rejecting Rhea and Showik’s bail application was served on their lawyer on Monday, they clearly could not apply for bail. Now, however, according to the latest update, Rhea and Showik’s lawyer is likely to oppose the Session Court’s verdict on their bail applications today and may apply for bail to the Bombay High Court today. Both Rhea and Showik were arrested by the NCB in connection with alleged drug talks in the case of Sushant Singh Rajput.

Sushant Singh Rajput died on June 14, 2020 at his home in Mumbai.
