Robert De Niro injured his leg while in Oklahoma for the filming of Martin Scorsese’s upcoming film “The Moon Moon Killers” and is heading back to New York for treatment.
According to TMZ, which reported the news, the injury happened out of time during De Niro’s time and the proceedings will not be affected. According to the source, people associated with the film say that he has already shot his scenes. The extent of his injuries is unknown; representatives of the Oscar-winning actor did not immediately respond to a request for comment from TheWrap.
Based on the novel by David Gran, “Color Moon Killers” was created in the 1920s in Oklahoma and is based on the murders of several members of the oil-rich nation Osage, a series of brutal crimes known as “Management of terror. ”
The photos were taken in and near Pauhuska, Oklahoma in the northeastern region of the state. It also features Leonardo DiCaprio, Jesse Plemons, Lily Gladstone, Tantu Cardinal, Kara Jade Myers, Janae Collins and Gillian Dion.
