Riot Forge, the arm responsible for publishing spinoffs in the League of Legends (LoL) universe, shared more details about The Ruined King, a turn-based RPG game created in Runeterra. The single-player LoL adventure is aimed at an early edition of 2021 on both the console and the computer. Ruined King was first announced at the 2019 Game Aawards and was named Riot’s first single player game. Developed by Airship Syndicate (Darksiders Genesis), Ruined Kingdom is a turn-based RPG where players will control a group of popular League of Legends characters, including Miss Fortune, Illaoi, Braum, Yasuo, Ahri and Pyke.
Check out the new cinematic trailer below, which shows the band coming together to embark on this new adventure.Together, the unit will travel from the port city of Bilgewater to the shady islands, land cursed by the Black Mist. It is believed that the Destroyed King was ruined there to be a ghost.

The Destroyed King will be released on the Nintendo Switch, PS4, Xbox One and PC via The Epic Games Store. A free upgrade for PS5 and Xbox Series X / S for PS4 and Xbox One owners will then be released.
Riot Forge is a new development initiative in which Riot works with third-party developers to create new games created in the League of Legends universe. Beyond Riot Forge, the company is expanding its portfolio of games, including the Legends of Runeterra card game, competitive FPS Valorant and fighting game.
