Diablo 4 has finally been confirmed and although we don't have a release date yet, it doesn't stop Blizzard from showing some pretty sophisticated gameplay. Game Informer has already released gameplay for the Wizards and Barbarian classes and is now testing the Druids.
In the video below, you can see three druid characters playing together with a host of other wolves. Game Informer emphasizes how being a Druid feels fluid with attacks that start as soon as skills are triggered, rather than hanging behind any transformation animation.
There was also a slight change in the way the summoned wolf companions were operated. Animals are always present after the skill is unlocked instead of using the skill to summon them. Instead, the activated skill will focus the Druid wolves on their target.
Unfortunately, Diablo 4 is not coming soon according to Blizzard, so it may be that this tide of class visualizations is the most we will see in the game in a while.
