Other artists for “Just One Day” included Adam Lambert, Peter Frampton, Andra Day, Mott Houples Ian Hunter, Da Rick Wakeman, the one-time supergroup Ground Control (starring Dave Navarro and Chris Cheney on Jane’s Addiction, Corey Taylor and the Foo of Slipknot Fighters’ Taylor Hawkins) and Duran Duran, who cover “Five Years” for the live broadcast.
Tickets for Just for One Day are still available on sale, with $ 2 from each ticket will be donated to Save the children, an organization that Bowie supported with funds raised from his famous 50th birthday concert in 1997 in Madison Square Garden.
