An actor who appeared in many television roles, becoming best known for his role as television father Willie Tanner in the 80's ALF series, died.
TMZ reports that Max Wright died on Wednesday. He is 75.
"Family sources say TMZ … the actor has died at his home in Hermosa Beach, California … right in front of Los Angeles," TMZ reported. "We said Max had been fighting cancer for years. In 1995, he was diagnosed with lymphoma, but was in remission for a long time.
Along with his role from 1986 to 1990 in "ALF," Wright has regular roles as Carl Schub for Buffalo Bill (1983). -1984) and Max Denby of Norma (1999-2001).
