MINNEAPOLIS – The Minnesota Vikings are expected to be without Pro Bowl successor Adam Tylen against the Carolina Panthers, a source told ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler on Friday.
Tilen has been on COVID-19’s reserve / list since Monday. He had the best of the season, eight catches for 123 yards and two touchdowns in last Sunday’s loss to the Dallas Cowboys. The 30-year-old leads the NFL with 11 touchdown receivers and is emerging as the biggest threat of getting into the red zone with the top 10 leagues in the league in the 20-yard line.

On Friday, coach Mike Zimmer said Tylen still has a chance to play on Sunday.
“Yes, we’ll just have to see,” Zimmer said. “He’s going through the minutes. We’ll just have to see how it goes on Sunday.”
