Baker Mayfield of the Cleveland Browns and Odell Beckham Jr., who were questioned on Sunday’s game against the Pittsburgh Steelers, are expected to play both, sources told ESPN’s Adam Shefter.
Mayfield suffered a chest injury in last weekend’s victory over the Indianapolis Colts, and although he was limited in practice, the Browns’ quarterback remained confident that he would be ready to leave by Sunday.
Beckham was sent home on Thursday with an unknown illness and was also absent from the team on Friday, although he repeatedly tested negative for COVID-19. The wide receiver again received a negative test on Saturday, clearing the way for him to re-enter the Browns restaurant, a source told ESPN.
Receiver Jarvis Landry, who was named as a suspect on Sunday with a hip injury, is also expected to play.
