SpaceX will have people living in the glass domes of Mars before Terraforming

Science fiction movies have already shown us what life on other planets might look like, but Elon Musk is determined to really make space colonization a reality. Mars will have a human colony in our lifetime.

Earlier this week, the CEO of SpaceX and Tesla took to Twitter to answer some questions from his followers and supporters, as is well known. Among them was a couple related to his plans to get Starship’s missions to establish colonies on the Red Planet and how that would fit into the terraforming plans.

The colony would be first, Musk replied.

“Life in glass domes in the beginning. After all, terraformed to sustain life, like the Earth, “ writes the CEO. “Terraforming will be too slow to be relevant in our lives. However, we can establish a human base there throughout our lives. At least one future space civilization ̵

1; discovering our ruins – will be impressed that humans have come this far. “

Last month alone, Musk said he expected Starship’s first mission to launch in 2026, carrying about 100 people. He had previously mentioned Mars as the “upper part of the planet” that could be transformed into the new Earth after our existing planet was destroyed by our actions and a possible Third World War.

Earlier this week, a special section called Starlink Beta Services “Applicable laws” confirmed what Musk had said through various channels about how Mars would be liberated from Earth’s laws.

By declaring Mars for Free Planet Musk says that whoever steps on it first will decide which laws will govern it – and because he is currently working on it, he is laying the groundwork to be the one to do so. Call it the benefits of being an innovator / revolutionary / genius, if you will.
