Over the last four months, we have been carrying out a comprehensive investigation of Kansas City Tayrak Hill's broad-based prosecution charges. During this investigation, NFL's main concern is the well-being of the child. Our understanding is that the child is safe and that the child's continuous care is directed and supervised by the County Court of Johnson County and Johnson County Children and the Family. that we do not interfere with the county proceedings or compromise the child's integrity or well-being. The information developed in the court proceedings is confidential and is not shared with us and the court has certified all law enforcement records. Local law enforcement authorities have publicly stated that the evidence available does not allow them to identify who caused the child's disability. Accordingly, he may attend the Kansas City training camp and participate in all club activities. He has been and will continue to be subject to the conditions set by the District Court, Commissioner Goodell and the Chiefs, which include clinical evaluation and therapeutic intervention.
If additional information becomes available through law enforcement, pending lawsuits or other sources, we will examine them immediately and take all appropriate steps at that time.
