The comments of the diploma came in a big stream of tweets that criticized the United States. in defense of the mass detention of Muslims in Xinjiang province.
In another deleted message, Zhao responded to Rice, according to Bloomberg News.
"And you are such a disgrace. And shockingly ignorant as well. I'm in Islamabad. The truth hurts. I'm just telling the truth, "says Zhao on Monday. "To designate someone who speaks the truth that you do not want to hear a racist is disgraceful and disgusting."
