TDH: Three new deaths from COVID-19 on NETN; 277 new cases have been reported WJHL



NASHVILLE, Tennessee (WJHL) – The Tennessee Department of Health has reported 277 new cases of COVID-19 and three new deaths in northeastern Tennessee.

One death was reported in each of the following counties: Johnson County, Unicoi County and Washington County.

Of the new cases, 100 were reported in Sullivan County, 77 in Washington County, 26 in Green County, 26 in Unicoi County, 22 in Hawkins County, 21 in Carter County and five in Johnson County.

There are currently 2,568 active cases in Northeast Tennessee, one more than 2,567 on Friday.
