Kodak Black was created and eventually drugged when he went into battle behind bars … at least according to the rapper's camp.
Sources close to Kodak tell TMZ … his team believes the prison battle last month that left an early guard was everything, as they claim someone slipped something in their drink for to divert him. coffee about 20 minutes before the battle broke out … and his representatives believe Kodak's coffee was drenched with a chemical designed to make him lose control.
Our sources claim that an FBI agent testified Wednesday that witnesses say Kodak came in.
As for the battle itself … We were told that Kodak entered it with another prisoner, and the corrections officer sprayed CB with mace. Our sources claim that several prisoners were needed to curb Kodak, who has shown incredible strength after being allegedly drugged.
The spokesman for the Bureau of Prisons Emery Nelson tells us that an employee was physically assaulted during a fight and taken to a hospital for treatment.
As we reported … Kodak was sentenced Wednesday to 46 months in prison after pleaded guilty to his federal weapons case. Prosecutors fired 96 months after the KB participated in the battle.
The Kodak camp believes it is suspicious that the other prisoner in the battle was put in the KB prison earlier in the day, and the same prisoner was released on bond about 12 hours after the quarrel. Kodak's team says the match fell 2 weeks before his sentence was also fished. KB was behind bars before and we are told that he was in trouble for the first time.
Black's reps tell us that they don't know for sure who drugged him, but they have their suspicions … they tell us that many people want to see him clogged.
We reached out to the US Attorney's Office … but they have no comment.
Kodak's lawyer, Bradford Cohen declined comment other than to say that it was investigating the prison fight.
