If Matt Canada is not Pittsburgh’s next offensive coordinator, he may have a job elsewhere. Miami dolphins are reported to be interviewing him for their unoccupied work at the OZ, according to numerous reports.

The Dolphins are thought to be watching Steelers QBs coach Matt Canada for OC. Canada consulted with Miami last year, and it worked out well in Pittsburgh.

Canada was hired before the 2020 season to coach Steelers’ queerback. This is his first job in the NFL after several stays as a college offensive coordinator with Pete, LSU, NC State and Maryland.
Canada’s influence on the Pittsburgh crime was obvious. Their movement frequency shot in the top ten and his coach seemed to have a positive impact on Mason Rudolph, who improved in his lone start in 2020.
Pairing Canada with Tua Tagovailoa would be a logical move for the organization. On Thursday, the Steelers announced that they are parting ways with OC Randy Fichtner, who has played this role since 2018. Canada is expected to be in the mix to replace Fichtner, although it is possible that the team will go from outside on loan.
