The family of the police in the murdered Belizean police lawsuit, suspected by a socialist, released on bail

The family of the slain police supervisor in Belize intends to pursue an illegal lawsuit against a socialist who is accused of his death.

Jasmine Hartin has been detained on bail after being charged with the death of Henry Jemot, a 42-year-old police officer in Belize who was found dead in the waters off San Pedro Island.

Gemmott had a single gunshot wound to his right ear, and an autopsy report found the cause of death was “massive cerebral hemorrhage” due to a “gunshot wound to the head.”

The findings of the medical expert led the family of Jem to file an illegal death case against Hartin, an American who is married to the son of businessman Lord Michael Ashcroft, ABC News reported.

The details of Jem’s death remain vague at best, but a number of details give a scandalous picture: Jem, a father of five, suggests he told a friend he was going on a “secret meeting” and that he refused to point out the woman’s name he met, according to the Evening Standard.

Hartin was seen with blood on her hands, arms and clothes near the pier, where Jemot’s body was found. Police described Hartin as “deeply worried and trembling.”

Police detained Hartin and charged her with manslaughter. Hartin remained in prison for eight days after the court initially denied bail; the court overturned its ruling on Wednesday, allowing Hartin to leave prison on $ 30,000 bail, the Guardian reported.

However, Hartin was ordered to hand over her travel documents so as not to allow her to leave the country until the trial was over.

Investigators found it difficult to gather the events of the evening.

A woman who had been drinking with Gemmott earlier in the evening said he had complained of marital problems and was on holiday. Jam then met with Hartin on the pier, where it was confirmed that they were alone and drinking.

Hartin initially told police that Jemat had been shot dead by a passing boat, but later admitted after police in Belize threatened to charge her with cocaine.

She then made a “statement for consideration”, reports 7 News Belize.

Hartin claims to have massaged Jemot when she accidentally shot him while handing him the service pistol.

A security guard who responded to the scene suggested that Jem fell on Hartin after he was shot, and then the secular man pushed his body out of it and into the water.

Instead, police are investigating the possibility that Hartin and Jem played a “gun game,” a police source told The Times.

Hartin lives in Belize with her family and is the director of lifestyle and experience at Alaia Belize, a boutique resort run by her husband, Andrew Ashcroft.

Some details about Hartin remain unclear: reports remain uncertain as to whether she is married to Ashcroft or is simply his partner; in addition, some outlets reported Hartin’s age as 32, while others claimed she was 38.
