The Higher They Fly is a new Team GO Rocket Special Research Questline that rewards a meeting with Giovanni, Team GO Rocket Boss. The new Team GO Rocket Special Research will be available at Sunday, February 28, 2021, from 12:00 local time.
Giovanni will use the following Shadow Legendary Pokémon at different times:
- March 2021: Shadow Articuno
- April 2021: Shadow Zapdos
- May 2021: Shadow Moltres
