Apple may not leave Spotify HiFi unanswered. Sleuths c 9 to 5Mac have found iOS 14.6 beta 1 code that mentions audio “lossless” in the Music app, which suggests that a high-quality option may come in Apple Music. He even refers to Dolby Atmos and Dolby Audio, although it is not clear whether the more captivating sound will be available through Apple’s service.
The discovery came shortly after Attends the Daily Double has released an unconfirmed rumor that Apple is planning a high-reliability service in the coming weeks. It would cost the same $ 10 a month (which makes it an upgrade rather than a new level) and should launch along with third-generation AirPods.
We would not rely on a short-term start-up if we assumed that one thing would happen at all. Apple has already removed the code from iOS 1
If high-quality streaming still comes with iOS 14.6, it could be a coup for Apple. Spotify HiFi is scheduled to reach some countries sometime in 2021. Apple could overtake its rival by weeks and even one-time competitors who have long offered lossless audio, including Tidal. Virgin sound can also be a selling point for AirPods Max – in our review we disgraced the lack of support for high-definition services, and Apple Music without losses can better justify first-class headphones.
