The owner of the Cherni restaurant went to a section with mostly black women after one of them got up in his cabin and stood up … and now he is dragging himself and applauding, while defending his actions.
The incident was reduced in a joint operation called TRUE Kitchen + Kocktails – opened only 5 months ago – when the owner, Kevin Kellysays that many women got up and danced in their chairs next to a glass wall.
Kevin just wasn’t there and decided to tell everyone in the restaurant out loud about his basic rules, which several people had written down. You see him approach one of the twerkers and close it.
The excuses are that if a restaurant does not want patrons to jump on furniture and stick to walls, then they should not serve alcohol or play music.
This is actually said … by adults.

Another video shows him lecturing to women in that part of the restaurant … that many haven’t dug. He said that he did not want to see this type of behavior in his restaurant and that if they did not like it … go out.

Now we talked to Kevin on Monday at TMZ Live and pressed him on what exactly is the problem – twerking in general … or the fact that it’s happening in his building? He insisted that this was the second, noting that there was time and place for this type of dance.
However, be careful what he says about the “elegant and pleasant black women” in his restaurant, because that is the basis of the reaction – the hint that is thrown does not correspond to this description … for him.

You can watch and judge for yourself, but in short – his tone is not suitable for many people who feel REALLY pushing music, serving alcohol and promoting, as clubs make it mature for dancing.
Kevin apologized for using obscene words during his speech, but he insists on his behavior.
