The Pittsburgh Penguins have acquired a conditional 2021 draft pick from the Minnesota Wild in exchange for the striker Nick Bugstad, Executive Vice President and General Manager Jim Rutherford announced today.
The “Penguins” keep part of the salary of Bugstad for the 2020-21 season.
The conditional choice will give the Penguins five choices in the 2021 project. In addition to the conditional selection, the Penguins currently have a second, fifth and two seventh in 2021.
