TikTokker shares a disturbing video of herself breaking up with a beverage drink: “Protect each other”

A video of a woman on TikTok showing herself falling into the street after drinking a drink with alcohol has gone viral with its positive message.

A TikTok user named Solo Steph wrote that two men bought drinks for her and her friend at a bar last year.

“I drank it, she didn’t,” she wrote in the video.

The video then moves on to the video she wrote just five minutes later. It shows her slipping on a concrete barrier and then sliding on the ground, one hand holding a drinking glass and the other under her head like a pillow.

Solo Steph added in the comments that the men followed her and her friend “for a solid 1

5 minutes outside” as she joined two of her male friends.

The video was part of a trend on the social media platform of users who share reminders on how to keep yourself and your friends safe at bars or parties.

“It was a terrible experience,” she wrote.

The video was part of a trend on the social media platform for users who share reminders on how to keep themselves and their friends safe at bars or parties, as well as users who share their own experiences. Many of the videos use the lyrics “no way” from rapper Kendrick Lamar’s 2012 song “Money Trees” to set an example for someone who refuses to give a drink to a stranger.

The viral video has garnered thousands of comments.

Solo Steph, who Buzzfeed News identified as Stephanie Tavares, said the response to her video was mostly supportive. However, there were many commentators who accused her of taking the drink.

“Why [the f—] would you take a drink from a stranger? “, criticizes one person.

Still, she said she believes this is a positive trend as it raises awareness about alcohol and protects drinks from drinking, Buzzfeed reported.

“I wanted to remind people that this is not just a fun trend, that this is a real serious problem with dangerous consequences,” she told Buzzfeed.
