9659003] Hey Cats Do you know how about 10% of people in the US start coughing, wheezing, sneezing and getting rash and stuffy noses around? Well, they are not you. They are & nbsp; allergic

This problem motivated HypoPet AG a Swiss based company to develop the & nbsp; vaccine & nbsp; HypoCat for this. But the vaccine is not for them. [19659007] Most often, the problem is not exactly you value is & nbsp; Fel d 1. No, Fel d 1 is not something of World of Warcraft. It would be a Fel Mint green paint bottle. And it's not a musical act. It would be Adele or Bell Biv DeVoe. . & Nbsp; Fel d 1 & nbsp; is a protein in your saliva and skin secretions that often causes an allergic reaction in people. What makes matters worse is that you have a problem with this problem. Maybe it's the lack of hair gel and brush, but you seem to lick quite often. Then this licking spreads Fel d 1 all over your coat. Then, when you roll your coat, you are effectively spreading that protein wherever you go. This can make it difficult for some people to be around you. & Nbsp;

I know, I know you may not want people around you. After all, they can dress you like a sailor & nbsp; or watch you pee. But many people love to be around you, even if you can plan their demise .

This is why people try to develop a vaccine for cats allergies. Have you read this post in the recent issue of & nbsp; Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology? & nbsp; & nbsp; No, not this & nbsp; Long-term safety and pharmacodynamics of mepolizumab in children with severe asthma with an eosinophilic phenotype . I know how much you like pharmacodynamics. Rather, I'm referring to the publication for a set of studies involving over fifty of your comrades (or catads), mice, human blood, and the HypoCat vaccine.

In the studies, your cadets received three doses of HypoCat over nine weeks, some six months later receiving a booster. Vaccinations included injections in the hind legs. The injections may have included some meows, but otherwise they were quite tolerable. No strange side effects. No cat daddy dancing.

After making the vaccinations, the researchers subsequently found increased levels of antibodies against Fel d 1 in the blood of your cadavers. They (the researchers, not the cats) also found that these antibodies seemed to neutralize the activity of Fel d1 when mixed together in the laboratory. In addition, your vaccine recipients tend to have lower levels of Fel d1 in their saliva and tears. Finally, when samples from your vaccine receiving cartridges are mixed with blood from people with cat allergies, there are fewer allergic-related chemical reactions than usual. In a statement, Dr. Gary Jennings, CEO of HypoPet AG, said "We are very pleased to publish this data showing that our HypoCat vaccine is capable of producing high levels of antibodies in cats and that these antibodies can bind to and neutralize the animal-produced Fel d1 allergen. " He added: "We are moving forward with registration studies and discussions with European and US regulators in the hope of bringing this much-needed product to the market."

Note, in my opinion, Jennings is a human, not a cat.

Of course, this latest set of studies does not completely prove that people have won do not continue sneezing, coughing, wheezing and developing rashes around you if you get ccinated. We'll have to see what happens when people with documented cat allergies are exposed to your vaccine supplies. But these findings are promising.

If you're worried about what neutralizing your Fel d 1 might bring you, it's unclear what purpose Fel d 1. may serve you, and the hope is & nbsp; Fel d 1 looks like a bad odor on the body or Macarena. It exists. This worries many people. But getting rid of it doesn't bother you. Unless, of course, you feel that & nbsp; cat allergies are the only thing that prevents people from dressing you like a sailor. & Nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; you.
