Vaccine registration is now open to Vermonters 75 and older

MONTPELIER, Vt. (WCAX) – Registration for the COVID-19 vaccine is now open to Vermonters 75 and older.

You can register for the vaccine at this link. Starting at noon on Monday, you can also call 855-722-7878 to make an appointment. From now on the call center will be open from Monday to Friday from 8:15 to 17:30 and from Saturday to Sunday from 10 to 15

When you make an appointment, you will be asked for your name, date of birth, several medical questions such as whether you have recently had another vaccine and your insurance information, although no insurance is required.

The first meetings will start this Wednesday.

A receptionist will check you in, someone will give you a shot, then you hang out for 1

5 minutes of observation and then you can leave. It is important to get to your appointment, because if you do not, your dose may be spoiled.

An agreement to receive the second dose of the vaccine will be made after your first shot.
