A 40-year-old former teacher died Saturday during a shooting in West Texas after being shot while sitting in the drive in front of his wife and two children, according to a report.
Joseph Griffith is remembered by his family for his sense of humor and his dedication to his family, reported the American American newspaper. He worked six days a week to support his family and was killed while traveling with his family to make their portraits, according to the document.

"This maniac pulled the next one to him and shot him, took his life, killed my brother in the baby," his sister Carla Byrne told the Washington Post.
