Wanted singer Tom Parker announces a “significant reduction” in brain tumors



Tom Parker is making progress in the fight against brain tumors.

The 32-year-old British singer, a member of The Wanted, announced in October that he had been diagnosed with a fourth-degree brain tumor and said he was “undergoing treatment”.

Good news came for the singer on Thursday when he spoke to a medical professional after undergoing an MRI earlier in the week.

To share the update, the star posted a photo in which he smiles with his wife and children.

“I did an MRI scan on Tuesday and my results today were a significant reduction in the tumor and I’m responding well to treatment,” Parker said. “Every day I keep fighting to shrink this bastard!”

He then thanked the staff of the National Health Service of the United Kingdom for their work, helping him fight his illness and the “front line” of the coronavirus pandemic.
