Ivanka Trump has his share of uncomfortable moments on the world stage. Still, one who can forget the time when the audience groaned and laughed at Berlin when he called his father a "huge family support champion" during a panel with Angela Merkel and IMF chief Christine Lagarde. But this is nothing compared to the video given by the French government, which is so uncomfortable that it can make you feel a little bad for the first daughter.
The video shows a moment when Ivanka Trump seems to try to get involved in a conversation between Justin Trudo from Canada, France Emanuel Macron, Teresa May of the United Kingdom and Lagarde. And although no one says anything, some of the faces clearly show that the first daughter's contribution is not welcome. In addition, the body language speaks a lot, as none of the world's leaders make any effort to get her into their circle.
Rep. Alexandria Occasio-Cortes commented on the video on Saturday late, citing that it shows how I Vanka Trump is not qualified to represent the United States around the world e. "It may be shocking for some, but being someone's daughter is not really a professional qualification," says Occasio-Cortez.
