What will be the official title of Camilla Parker-Bowles when Prince Charles becomes Queen?
In the royal family, the wife gets the title, which reflects the husband of the husband. Prince Charles's official royal title while in England is His Royal Highness Prince Charles Philip Arthur George, Prince of Wales, Duke of Cornwall. When Prince Charles becomes King, the Duchess Camila will be known as the Consort Queen – not the Queen. As the title implies, the Queen Consort is the King's husband. Only women who inherit the crown as their birthright take the title of queen.

Why is Camilla Parker Bowles not called Princess of Wales?
Since Prince Charles is the Prince of Wales, technically the Duchess Camila does have the title of Princess of Wales. However, this title has long been associated with the late Princess Diana. So, in order to keep the public in peace, the Duchess Camila decided not to use her Princess title and instead used only the title, the Duchess of Cornwall.
As the royal expert Marlene Koenig further explained the reason for this, the Duchess Camilla's title says: "Camilla was not popular or well liked, [though] this changed a lot after the marriage, since Camila took a lot of patronage and Charles was much – happy. Yet [there was] a great deal of tension and anger among a certain element of the population – so it was decided that Camilla should be styled as Duchess of Cornwall, though, of course, she was a Princess of Wales. " How will Camilla Parker-Bowles's duties differ from Queen Elizabeth's when she becomes Queen Consort?
The role of Duchess Camilla in the royal family will not be much different than she is now. Since she is not the heir to the throne, she will not technically be the "leader" of any country.
Instead, it will be her job to support her husband as he assumes his new role as king. She is expected to travel with him and continue to work on many of her patronage, participating in some new ones.
Currently, Duchess Camila is the patron saint of about 90 different charities. However, it has been reported that Queen Elizabeth's husband has over 780 different patronages.
