Princess Evangelia, 29, and Princess Evgenia, 29, sometimes have a difficult time to be role models. They are ninth and tenth in the order of the British throne and, as such, provide a little more privacy than their cousins, Prince William and Prince Harry, but they still live very much in the public eye.
Almost every movement is explored by what they do for life – Princess Evgenia is the director of an art gallery and Princess Beatrice is Vice President of a New York-based data and software company – for the food they consume.
"Being role models has always been difficult for them to handle, but because of their weight, fashion and working life they have always been difficult to swallow," says a source.

Recently it was revealed that Sarah Ferguson, the Duchess of York, set her daughter Beatrice on a diet at the age of eight when she began to overeat.
Ferguson, who had once been called by the duchess of the press, called these days a "destruction of the soul," and probably did not want the same thing to happen to her daughter.
When asked why she had put Beatrice on Diet, Duchess York said: "I think overeating is something like a family."
Both women really came into their late twentieth and now in the early thirties.
Princess Evgenia created an organization to eliminate the modern slavery called the Anti-Slave Collective.
She also raised awareness of scoliosis – the princess was diagnosed at the age of 12 and underwent an operation to correct her curved backbone by choosing Highlight her mark when she married Jack Brooksbank in October 2018.  Eugene shared never seen photos of his X-rays with his followers from Instagram.
Side note: Because Yugen is down the line of inheritance, she has the right to have a personal account at Instagram.
And Princess Beatrice wins childhood education, a cause close to her heart due to her own dyslexic experience.
Although Eugenia and Beatrice are royal, they have the same desires as all others.
"Yes, their grandmother is a queen, and they quarrel on wagons and live in this balloon," said a friend to the people. "But they are human beings who want to fall in love, have fun, make a difference, and just live."
"They are independent, working women but also realize their position and where they can help," they added.
