Talahashi police responded to the Taco bell Tuesday night and discovered a woman had been cheated.
The victim, who was not identified, was transported to a hospital with serious injuries, police said. The incident is being investigated by police in Talahashi, as well as by the state fire department and the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, which together classify the crime as aggravated battery.
